RPM is a medical practice comprised of physicians and nurse practitioners that focuses on optimizing hormone therapy, weight loss, restoring body vitality, and overall patient wellbeing.

To qualify for weight loss therapies:

• Must be over 18 years of age

• Reside in a state which we currently practice

• Meet patent criteria for treatment as determined by medical screening telehealth appointment.

The RPM process is simple.

1) Complete the online form to request an appointment.

2) We will contact you to schedule your online telehealth visit to discuss treatment goals and to determine your eligibility.

3) The medications will be delivered to your home.

4) Your provider will walk you through how to administer the medications.

5) Follow up appointments will be scheduled to assess your progress.

We are a concierge-based medical practice which means each patient has direct access to their physician/ provider. You don’t need to schedule an appointment with questions or issues, you simply message your provider. They will work hand-in-hand with you to make sure you reach your goals.

We are concierge-based cash practice that does not accept insurance. This lowers the administrative burden for running our practice and allows us to pass the savings onto the patient.

Yes, our appointment request form allows you to choose a preferred provider.

All costs including consult fees, shipping supplies, and medication are included in the price. Our testosterone optimization program starts as low as $125 per month.

This is highly dependent on the patient and treatment goals. Many patients are able to maintain their goal weight through improved diet and exercise alone after treatment, however, patients have the option to customize their continued treatment through reduced maintenance dosing.

If patients opt to stay on a lower maintenance dose of medication following their initial treatment; we will continue to work with you on your goals through medication modification.

If a patient wishes to trial a period off of the medication and are not happy with the results; they may simply contact their provider to re-establish with the practice.

In the case in which lab work is necessary, the patient may use their insurance or private pay to cover these costs. RPM does not include the costs of lab work in the program fees.

RPM is not a subscription service. There are no surprise fees or automatic payments taken from your account. You will only be charged after services are rendered. Payment will be taken from the card on file and confirmed with the patient prior to processing.

Simply fill out all the required information on the online request form and one of our providers will be in contact with you usually within 24 hours.

There are no automatic payments, thus, you can opt to not reorder the medications at any point in time without penalty. *note: if an existing order has been placed and processed RPM is unable to provide any refunds.
