Frank Gargasz, MSN, CNS, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse who after years of neuro-intensive acute care experience has dedicated over 12 years to becoming a specialist in endocrinology.  Frank spent many years optimizing his personal fitness and engaging in the industry not only through his professional career but also personally in weightlifting, gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of hormone balance and performance and recovery needs for optimal results.  Frank continues to enjoy the fitness industry and advocates for healthy, safe, and clinically proven supportive therapies. 

By combining his knowledge and expertise in the field of endocrinology as well as his focus on fitness and wellness, Frank Gargasz is able to provide professional consulting that addresses the concerns and needs of both men's and women's health to optimize outcomes. 

Frank completed his undergraduate degree in Nursing at Slippery Rock University .  He completed his graduate degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from Youngstown State University. He is credentialled by the American Nurses Credentialling Center.
